How your order gets to you — and what happens if something isn’t right.
Shipping
Orders ship from Palm Beach, Florida within 3–5 business days. Raw singles are protected in a sleeve and toploader, graded slabs in protective packaging, and every order ships inside a rigid mailer with tracking.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States.
Returns — all sales are final
All sales are final. Because a card’s condition is a matter of judgment and market values move daily, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or for disagreement with a third-party grade. Please review the listing photos and details carefully before you buy.
If something’s wrong
If your order arrives damaged in transit or is materially not as described, email admin@moonlightgrahamhq.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We’ll review it and make it right with a replacement or refund.
