1987-88 Fleer #97 Detlef Schrempf PSA 5

A rookie card three seasons in the making.

Schrempf's rookie card, despite the card being released three seasons into his NBA career. Drafted eighth overall by the Dallas Mavericks in 1985, the German-born forward was not featured in the 1986-87 Fleer set, making the 1987-88 issue his first mainstream cardboard. Schrempf would go on to win NBA Sixth Man of the Year twice with Indiana and earn three All-Star selections before retiring after the 2000-01 season. This PSA 5 example presents with original color intact and the corner wear expected at the grade.
