Dark Blastoise Holo from Rocket Gang, the Japanese Team Rocket release that introduced the Dark Pokémon mechanic.

Rocket Gang released in Japan on October 18, 1997 and corresponds to the English Team Rocket release. The set introduced the Dark Pokémon mechanic, with Team Rocket-controlled corrupted versions of familiar Pokémon. It is a foundational Original Series Japanese release.
