Koga's Beedrill Holo from Challenge from the Darkness, the second half of the Japanese Gym block.

Challenge from the Darkness released June 25, 1999 as the sixth main Japanese expansion and the second half of the Gym block. It expanded the Trainer-owned Pokémon mechanic to additional Gym Leaders including Giovanni, Koga, and Sabrina. The English counterpart is Gym Challenge.
