Wigglytuff Holo from the original Japanese Jungle release, the second Pokémon TCG expansion ever.

The Japanese Pokémon Jungle expansion released March 5, 1997 as the second Japanese Pokémon TCG set. It introduced the Pokémon native to the Jungle environment of the original Red and Blue era. The Japanese set predates the English Jungle release by more than two years.
